Shipping Policy – Wesyco Wholesale, Inc.

We strive to deliver high-quality wholesale products quickly and reliably to our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship across the United States, with a focus on Upstate New York (Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Ithaca, Binghamton, Corning, Elmira, Utica).

  • Local delivery is available for select areas in Rochester and surrounding regions.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before Tuesday will be included in the weekly shipping cycle.

3. Shipping Schedule

  • Local deliveries close on Tuesday and deliver on Friday.

  • Non-local orders close on Wednesday and ship over the weekend and into the following week.

4. Shipping Fees

  • A flat shipping fee applies to all shipments unless otherwise stated.

  • Free local delivery is available for qualifying bulk orders (please contact us for details).

5. Receiving & Delivery Conditions

  • If the delivery location does not have a loading dock, the driver will drop off pallets at the market door. Drivers will not bring products inside the store.

6. Frozen & Refrigerated Items

  • Due to food safety regulations, frozen and refrigerated items cannot be returned.

  • Please check your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if there are any issues.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please email us at sales@wesyco.com within 7 days. Including photos will help us resolve the issue quickly.
